Sorry this isn't in German, but just a brief note from Steve Partridge and myself to thank DFBV, Schützenverein Hohegeiß, all their helpers and the local community for putting on a great tournament last week. The organisation and courses were superb and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. We thought that WFAC 2010 in Dahn would never be equalled, but you managed to do it. In my 48 years of archery, these are the best two field archery tournaments that I have ever attended, either IFAA or World Archery and DBFV should be very proud of that.
Thanks again and we look forward to returning to shoot in Germany again one day, and to EFAC 2019 when hopefully the Netherlands will be able to put on a great tournament too.

A very warm THANK YOU to all volunteers
Now it is ready: more than 600 satisfied archers have given their best. Many voluntees have been necessary and we thank them all for their help and work.

Es war aufregend und einfach schön und vergnügt: so miteinander die Eröffnung zu starten.
26 Nationen spazierten durch Hohegeiß, ob aus Frankreich, Ungarn oder den Shetlandinseln. Wir freuen uns, dass es nun mit der Meisterschaft los geht. Morgen ist der erste Wettkampftag, danach wissen alle mehr darüber, ob die vielen Überlegungen und Planungen erfolgreich sind.
